1. Overview

Auto-N-Go provides an online appointment booking system for tire services. By using our website and booking services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Appointments

• Each booking reserves a 30-minute service window at the selected store.
• Bookings are confirmed immediately upon submission and a unique Booking ID is provided.
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, including your phone number and an email address whenever you do not opt in to SMS notifications.
• Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled by the store. You will be notified using the contact channels you provided, including opted-in SMS and/or email.

3. SMS Notifications

By checking the SMS consent box and providing your phone number during booking, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Auto-N-Go regarding your appointment. Specifically:

• Program name: Auto-N-Go Booking Notifications
• Purpose: Booking confirmations, cancellation notices, and reschedule updates
• Opt-in method: Customers opt in on the booking form when they agree to receive appointment-related SMS updates and submit their appointment request
• Message frequency: Up to 3 messages per booking
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS notifications
• Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email booking@auto-n-go.app
• Supported carriers: Major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others

SMS notifications are transactional only. We will never send marketing or promotional messages.

4. Tire Selection

Tire selection during booking is optional and for reference only. Final pricing, availability, and product specifications will be confirmed at the store at the time of your appointment.

5. Limitation of Liability

Auto-N-Go provides the booking platform on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for service delays, scheduling conflicts, or any damages arising from the use of this platform.

6. Privacy

Your use of this service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
