  • Phone number — to identify your booking and send transactional SMS notifications when you opt in
  • Email address — to send booking confirmation emails and required if you do not agree to SMS notifications
  • Vehicle and tire selection (optional) — to prepare for your service appointment

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information solely for the purpose of:

  • Processing and managing your tire service appointments
  • Sending transactional SMS notifications when you opt in and email notifications for booking confirmations, cancellations, and reschedules
  • Contacting you about your scheduled appointment if needed

We do not use your information for marketing purposes.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

  • Service providers — We use Twilio (SMS delivery) and Resend (email delivery) to send notifications. These providers process your contact information solely to deliver messages on our behalf.
  • Legal requirements — We may disclose information if required by law.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain your booking information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

5. SMS Communications

Customers opt in to appointment-related SMS messages by checking the SMS consent box on the booking form and submitting their appointment request.

  • Message frequency: Up to 3 messages per booking (confirmation, cancellation, reschedule)
  • Message and data rates may apply
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe
